Goals

Students: Rank among the most selective business schools nationally in student body quality, while providing educational opportunities to a broad spectrum of students.

Faculty: Develop a strong, cohesive faculty with a shared vision of the Freeman School who possess a commitment to excellence in teaching, research and scholarship, and professional service.

Curriculum: Attain a leadership role in management education through a highly personalized approach and responsiveness to the needs of students and the business community, through innovativeness in curriculum design, and through an overall high quality of the learning environment.

Placement: Provide the resources and professional development opportunities that prepare students for employability and future business and community leadership, and offer high quality placement opportunities to graduates.

Service: Maintain strong relationships with key external constituencies through a range of high quality and mutually beneficial service and outreach programs.

Funding: Operate in a financially responsible manner with a broad and growing funding base coming from undergraduate and graduate programs, executive education, international programs, fundraising, endowment, grants and contracts.

Recognition: Achieve local, regional, national, and international recognition for accomplishments in business education, research, and service.
