Teaching, research, and administrative assistantships give students valuable opportunities to work closely with Freeman faculty and staff. Last year, approximately 40% of first-year students and 60% of second-year students held assistantship positions. Most assistants work 10-20 hours a week and earn $6.00 per hour. A separate application for assistantships is not required. Positions are arranged by students with faculty and staff at the beginning of each semester
