Individual Development Account (IDA) Collaborative of Louisiana - The Collaborative matches a family's savings toward the purchase of a first home, financing post-secondary education, or funding a business. In addition, participants receive training in money management, budgeting, and credit building by organizations that partner with the Collaborative to provide these services throughout the state of Louisiana.
