The Importance of the Interview

Did you know that you'll spend two-thirds (90,000 hours) of your adult life on the job? Further, in some surveys, up to 80% of the respondents have indicated dissatisfaction with their jobs. The key to a good match for you on both the job and the employer is a productive interview. The dual purpose of the interview is to have the employer see your uniqueness and for you to evaluate the employer. The interview is crucial - your satisfaction during 90,000 hours of your adult life may well ride on this one session.
