Talk about a situation where you had to deal with someone who did not want to do what you told them to do or did not want to cooperate.

1. Talk about a situation where you had to deal with someone who was going behind your back.
2. Talk about a situation where you had to convince someone or get someone to see your point of view.
3. Talk about a situation where you took the initiative and did something productive with an otherwise unfruitful situation.
4. Give me an example when you had to sell an idea to somebody.
