Upload and Publish Resume

All Students

Frequently employers will contact us asking for resume books of our students.  In order to make sure your resume is included in the request, you will need to do the following:

1. Get your resume approved by your career counselor
   • Create a resume in the approved format
   • Call 504-865-5417 or stop by GWI Ste. 300 to make an appt
2. Upload your resume to eRecruiting
   • Sign in to eRecruiting
   • Hover over "Documents" and select "Upload a Document"
   • Follow guided instructions
3. Publish your resume within eRecruiting
   • Sign in to eRecruiting
   • Hover over "Documents" and select "Publish a Resume"
   • Find applicable resume book and choose a resume
   • Save
4. MBAs ONLY: Publish your resume to MBA Focus
   • MBAs seeking full-time positions
     NOTE: The CMC will begin sending these resume books out in mid to late August
   • MBAs seeking internships
     NOTE: The CMC will begin sending these resume books in November
