Mercedes-Benz Superdome - University Ceremony(undergraduate and graduate students)
Doors open at 7:30 a.m.
Students should arrive no later than 7:35 a.m.
Students report to robing rooms; signage will provide direction; do NOT bring items (bookbags, purses, etc.); these items cannot be left in the robing area.
Students will be directed from the robing areas to the floor of the Superdome
9 a.m. - Academic procession begins.
~11 a.m. - Ceremony concludes.
Mercedes-Benz Superdome - Newcomb Tulane College Undergraduate Ceremony
3 p.m. - Ceremony begins .
~4:30 p.m. - Ceremony ends.
McAlister Auditorium - Graduate Ceremony
Graduate students should arrive no later than 4:35 p.m.
Students report to robing rooms in Goldring/Woldenberg Hall I. (Room assignments are subject to change; please refer to signage upon arrival.)
MACCTs - report to room 140
MBAs - report to rooms 131
MFINs - report to room 130 and 110
MGMs - report to room 110
MMgmts/MRISK - report to room 100
PhDs - report to room 151 (with faculty
5:55 p.m. - Academic procession begins.
6 p.m. - Ceremony begins.
~7:45 p.m. - Ceremony concludes
For those making dinner plans, we recommend a 9 p.m. or later seating time.
