Executive MBA Asia EMBA Tulane's 13-month Asia Executive MBA program offers mid- to upper-level managers and professionals the opportunity to earn a Tulane MBA degree while maintaining their full-time careers. The accelerated program is designed for students who participate in select executive programs conducted at approved universities in Taiwan and mainland China. Approved universities include National Taiwan University, National Chengchi University, National Chiao Tung University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and National Sun Yat-Sen University in Taipei; Fudan University in Shanghai; Tsinghua University and Beijing University in Beijing; and Zhongshan University in Guangzhou.
Tulane's lock-step curriculum takes a broad-based managerial approach and provides a foundation based on theory and methods that are used to develop strategic analyses and creative solutions to actual problems. Class discussions and projects focus on applications to actual work situations, integrating theoretical concepts and their practical applications. Emphasis is on the immediate utilization of newly learned techniques, methods, and management knowledge.
Peer and study team interaction supports the exchange of valuable insights and experiences. Through their classmates, students are exposed to a broad range of perspectives and an expanded network of professional contacts.
Selected primarily from the senior faculty of the Freeman School, professors offer outstanding academic credentials and years of practical experience in their fields. Distinguished faculty from other universities, including prominent global institutions, often teach in the program.
With the successful completion of the Tulane Asia Executive MBA curriculum and all required courses at the approved university in Asia, the candidate earns the highly respected Tulane University Master of Business Administration degree. |
