Monterrey Weekend Seminar
Tulane PMBA students travel to Monterrey, Mexico, to attend weekend classes with ITESM (Monterrey Tech) students. A second weekend of classes with the ITESM students will be held at the Houston campus. ITESM is an acclaimed university in Mexico and partners with Tulane's Freeman School on a number of academic initiatives.
Guatemala Weekend Seminar
Traveling to Guatemala for a weekend of studies with Universidad Francisco Marroquin students has been both exciting and enlightening to our Houston PMBA students. These Guatemalan students also visit the Houston campus for a class weekend with Houston students. The seminar explores the issues that surround doing business in Central America and working with Central American managers.
International Capstone Seminar
In the final module of the PMBA program, students attend an 8-day seminar abroad. During the seminar, student will attend lectures by prominent faculty and hear regional and global leaders speak candidly about their companies, the issues they face, and the strategies they employ. Company visits take students to regional and multinational companies, exploring the business climates and cultural, economic, and political factors affecting management decisions. Recent seminars have been to Paris and to Shanghai.
The cost of these seminars, including airfare, lodging, and some meals, is included in the program cost.
