Houston Master of Finance
The Houston Master of Finance (MFIN) program is a 14-month, 32-credit hour graduate program that offers in-depth coverage of finance, accounting, and econometrics.
Career Options
The ideal candidate applying for admission to the MFIN program will be a finance professional or a recent college graduate who seeks a career in finance but lacks the formal qualifications, area-specific knowledge, and tools needed to enter such a career.
Students completing the Master of Finance program are equipped to compete for research-oriented finance positions, such as financial analyst, research analyst, financial engineer, risk manager, and quantitative asset manager.
Weekend Schedule
Students begin coursework in January and will complete the degree requirements in February of the next year. Classes are held on alternate weekend on Tulane's Houston campus. This program is a lock-step program; all students move through the coursework together as one unit and follow the preset curriculum.
To Apply
Applications are now being accepted. No work experience is required for admission, but strong quantitative skills and a bachelor's degree are essential. A Tulane Master of Finance degree is earned.
