Field Trip to Chenier-Sabine Pass LNG Terminal
Students from the Energy Markets, Institutions and Policy classwhoaccepted the invitation to attendthe Chenier Field Trip were asked to don hiking type boots, long sleeve shirts, safety glasses, ear protection, and hardhats for their tour of the terminal. The two hour plus tour of the Lake Charles LNG terminal gave the
students the opportunity to ask technical and safety related questions. The students' interests were about issues that operators of LNG terminals have in lining up LNG supply and project financing among other industry related information.
