Biography

Megan Guy joins the faculty as an attorney with a 20-year track record in legal, strategic and business development leadership. Guy draws on her professional experiences to bring these academic topics to life in the classroom.

Prior to joining the Freeman School faculty, Guy served as an associate and partner at Adams & Reese, LLP. In her thirteen years of legal practice, Guy represented a broad range of clients including multinational pharmaceutical companies, oil and gas exploration and service companies, healthcare providers, and insurers.

In 2012, she left her successful legal practice to obtain an MBA. After graduating in 2014, Guy served as Executive Counsel of Gillis, Ellis & Baker, advising the growing insurance brokerage on long term strategic planning and development, as well as legal and compliance issues.
