Employer Networking Day

We devote the entire day to recruiting activities and events. You may choose to participate in one or more of the options available. Again, there is no cost for any of the events during Freeman Days New Orleans.

Corporate Display Tables
9 AM-5 PM
Goldring/Woldenberg Hall II
1st and 2nd Floor Atriums

Employers will be able to set-up their recruiting displays as they would for a career fair or other recruiting event. Each employer will have access to an 8ft table, electricity and chairs for their representatives. There is no limit on number of reps throughout the day. Additionally, the Freeman School of Business is completely wireless. You may connect to our network at no charge.

Conference Room Networking
9 AM-5 PM
Goldring/Woldenberg Hall II

For those companies that would like to talk to students in a more controlled environment, we can schedule use of one of our study/conference rooms for your needs. You can set-up a display as well as provide on-going company presentations throughout the day. This is a great option for those organizations that have already identified Freeman students through job postings or resume submissions to connect with selected candidates. Space is extremely limited for this option.

Company Information Sessions
9 AM-5 PM
Goldring/Woldenberg Hall II

You may schedule an information session to present your company or organization in one of our well-appointed executive classrooms. All classrooms at Freeman are equipped with projectors, computers and sound equipment. Information sessions will be scheduled in one hour timeslots. You may want to limit your presentation to 35-45 minutes to allow for question/answer and networking at the end of the session.

Professional Interview Scheduling
9 AM – 5 PM
Freeman School of Business Buildings

Finally, if you would like to schedule a half-day or full-day interview schedule we can accommodate you during this event. You may set your schedule ahead of time through our online system (FreemanLink) or add students that you meet with during the reception.

Employer Hospitality Room
9 AM-5 PM
Goldring/Woldenberg Hall II

We will provide employers with access to a continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and refreshments throughout the day. Bottled water and sodas will be available as well.
