Goldring Institute of International Business

Latin America - Faculty Development

ITESM PhD  | U de Los Andes PhD  | Tulane-IESA Ph.D. | LA Doctoral Consortium

Ph.D. Program in Business Studies for Faculty of Selected Latin American Business Schools

Program Cost
The tuition cost of the program is $55,000 per faculty member. Participating institutions will be billed in four installments as follows: twenty-five percent on January 1, 1999, twenty-five percent on January 1, 2000, twenty-five percent on January 1, 2001, and twenty-five percent on January 1, 2002.

The Freeman School is responsible for all salaries of faculty and overhead at Tulane associated with the delivery of the curriculum and establishment of dissertation committees for each student completing the requirements for advancement to the dissertation.

Faculty participants and/or their institutions are responsible for the cost of all course materials and the cost of transportation and living expenses associated with the travel to the site of program delivery in Latin America and while in New Orleans. We estimate $1,000 - $1,500 per month should cover most expenses to live in New Orleans during the summer. The Goldring Institute office at the Freeman School will assist with locating housing and other local needs of faculty.
