Media Services Student Policies Media Services Equipment Policies and Procedures Media Services operates on a first-come, first-served basis; there are no exceptions to this policy. Media Services maintains a variety of audio/visual equipment for use by students in the completion of class assignments. Equipment is available to Freeman students who comply with these guidelines. Media services functions through the scheduling of student A/V technicians and therefore relies on advanced planning for the scheduling of services. To facilitate this scheduling, always try to reserve equipment at least seven days in advance. Weekend Reservations must be made not later than Monday afternoon. Reservations submitted less than 24 hours in advance will not be honored. In order to reserve equipment you must personally come to the Media Services Office and complete a Media Services Request Form. All requests are processed in the order in which they are received. In most cases, your reservation can be confirmed at the same time you submit it; but, at busy times, it may be necessary for you to check back later. All audio/visual equipment is property of Media Services and may not be taken out of the A. B. Freeman School of Business. Remember, lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on the part of Media Services. Each room is also equipped with a VHS/DVD player.
In addition, the following equipment can be interfaced with the video projector. This equipment requires additional setup time.
An overhead transparency projector is also available in every classroom in GW1 only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Use of equipment in classrooms requires prior room reservation with Academic Programs. Classroom Equipment Requests not bearing the Academic Programs endorsement will not be processed.
Mobile Equipment In addition to the equipment available in the multimedia classrooms, most rooms include a traditional VCR/DVD unit. An overhead projector is available in every classroom in GWH.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Use of equipment in classrooms outside of regular class time requires prior room reservation with Academic Programs. Student requests for Classroom Equipment not bearing the Academic Programs endorsement will not be processed.

Due to our limited resources, we do not have the facilities to dub in large quantity. If you need a large number of tapes duplicated, we can locate a production house to meet the request. The fee for this service will be billed to the ordering department or professor.
