Remote PhD Students

Interlibrary Loan
Currently registered remote PhD students who need copies of articles or chapters of books from materials not owned or available electronically from Turchin Library may request copies through Interlibrary Loan.

Voyager, the online catalog http://voyager.tcs.tulane.edu/vwebv/searchBasic and/or Tulane Electronic Journals http://sfxhosted.exlibrisgroup.com/sfxtul/az should be searched for the title to verify holdings before submitting a request.

Turchin Library Document Delivery
Currently registered remote PhD students who need print-based library materials that are available in the online catalog http://voyager.tcs.tulane.edu/vwebv/searchBasic such as articles or copies, chapters of books or a few pages from a non-circulating title that are not available in electronic format may request delivery of these items through Turchin Library email: turchin@tulane.edu. This free document delivery service is restricted to eligible remote users and must adhere to copyright guidelines (e.g. 10% of a regular book or no more than 5 articles from a journal volume). The service is available Mon-Fri from 8:30 am to 5 pm and requests will be processed within 1-2 days.

Utilize your Tulane University email account to send an email to Turchin Library with the subject line: Turchin Library Document Delivery Request

Provide your name and Splash Card ID no.
