Levy-Rosenblum Institute for Entrepreneurship

The Levy-Rosenblum Institute (LRI) focuses on supporting start-ups, social enterprises and community organizations through the offering of technical assistance and the coordination of public and private partnerships. The goals of the LRI are to improve our community and instilling an ethic of community service in our students. Freeman School students are provided the opportunity to work with experienced faculty members of entrepreneurship; network with and support ecosystem partners providing social entrepreneurship and community service programs; and provide technical assistance to social enterprises through internships and team projects.

Building Better Entrepreneurs

  • Training and inspiring entrepreneurs through coursework, community service projects and internships
  • Coordinate joint academic, government and business initiatives that stimulate private enterprise and regional economic growth.
  • Contribute to regional and economic development by assisting the corporate and family business communities in identifying and exploring business issues through shared learning experiences.

Freeman School students are provided the opportunity to:

  • Work with experienced faculty members of entrepreneurship
  • Network with a regional board of entrepreneurs
  • Participate in a student based entrepreneurial association which provides a training ground for business development
