Freeman Programming Returns to ResearchChannel

Lafarge chairman Betrand Collomb’s address to Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business will make its on-air debut, Thursday, June 16, on ResearchChannel.

Collomb, who served as the school’s R.W. Freeman Distinguished Lecturer for 2005, gave a presentation in which he described Lafarge’s rise from a local French construction company to a global leader in construction materials with operation on five continents.

The hour-long broadcast can be seen four times on ResearchChannel on June 16.  The first airing is at 5:00 a.m., with subsequent replays at 11:00 a.m., 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.  All times Eastern Standard.  ResearchChannel can be seen on EchoStar’s Dish 500 Network on channel 9400.  Viewers can also check their local cable system to see if ResearchChannel is offered in their area.  The complete list of location is located on ResearchChannel’s website.

For viewers who are unable to watch the program on television, the episode can also be seen as a webcast on ResearchChannel’s website.

Collomb’s address will mark the second time that a Freeman school event has appeared on ResearchChannel.  The school made its debut on February 17, with an airing of the 2004 Burkenroad Symposium on Business and Society.  Information on that program can be found at ResearchChannel.org.
