BSM Minors

An undergraduate business student who meets the major requirements for another area within the business school and completes the following courses, in addition to the required courses, is eligible for transcript designation of a minor in accounting. Students wishing to declare a minor in accounting should consult with the Office of Undergraduate Education.

Required:

ACCN 4110Intermediate Accounting II
Plus one of the following courses:
ACCN 4120Advanced Financial Accounting
ACCN 4140Advanced Managerial Accounting
Plus one 4000-level accounting course; ACCN 4120 and ACCN 4140 from the previous elective requirement cannot be double counted:

Minor in Finance
An undergraduate business student who meets the major requirements for another area within the business school and completes the following courses, in addition to the required, is eligible for transcript designation of a minor in finance.
