Students electing this option pay local tuition and are responsible for their living expenses abroad.
Summer Study Abroad
BSM students have a program in Europe which involves study in two countries. Usually, this involves 2 weeks in Madrid, Spain and 2 weeks in Paris, France. Participants take two courses: Topics in International Management (3 hours credit) and Topics in International Finance (3 hours credit).
MBA students have the opportunity to choose summer study abroad in either Asia, Mexico, or Europe. Locations for these programs include Beijing, Hong Kong, Mexico City, Monterrey, Mexico, Costa Rica, Barcelona, and Paris. In addition, MBA students have the opportunity to pursue internships with US multinational or foreign institutions in Asia, Europe and Latin America during the summer between their first and second year. Two courses are offered sequentially. They are Topics in International Management (3 hours credit) and Topics in International Finance (3 hours credit).
