Shanna Richards Daniels Shanna is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at the A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University. Prior to joining Freeman, she worked as an instructional designer and web-based training consultant for a large financial organization. Her research interests are in the areas of gender diversity, employment discrimination, compensation satisfaction, and organizational creativity. Educational Background M.Ed.
