Shanna Richards Daniels




Shanna is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at the A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University. Prior to joining Freeman, she worked as an instructional designer and web-based training consultant for a large financial organization. Her research interests are in the areas of gender diversity, employment discrimination, compensation satisfaction, and organizational creativity.

Gender Diversity Climate:
W/Adrienne Colella: This study examines multilevel antecedents to the integration of women into academia. It is based on survey research of Tulane faculty and administrators.

Employment Discrimination:
W/Adrienne Colella & Sloane Signal: This chapter provides a review of employment discrimination research. It will be published in the prestigious Handbook of Industrial/Organizational Psychology (Oxford Press).
