Taisha Penn

Taisha Penn is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at Tulane University. She began her PhD studies in the area of Management at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland where she was a research assistant and received an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing. Taisha was further inspired to obtain her PhD after attending the 2006 PhD Project Conference. Currently, she is working as a research assistant with faculty members Greg Oldham and Lei Lai examining creativity in organizations and perceptions/stereotypes, respectively. Her research interests include generational issues in the workplace, stereotypes, and creativity.
