As domestic natural gas supply is on a decline, dozens of companies have announced proposals for Liquefied Natural Gas receiving terminals around the country. Natural gas is expected to provide 25% of the world's energy demand by 2020 and has many environmental benefits over other energy sources. Louisiana's existing infrastructure for transporting gas makes it an attractive location for LNG receiving terminals. LNG receiving terminals would have a significant economic impact on the state. This panel features speakers who will offer their thoughts on Louisiana's chance of making it happen.

Harrah's Entertainment is a publicly traded Fortune 500 company that leads the casino industry with $4.3 billion in annual revenue in 2003.
