Thomson Reuters 3000xtra Hosted Terminal Access (HTA) Hardware/Software Requirements:

• Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 2000, or Windows 7
• Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Firefox
• Processor:  Intel Pentium III 500 Mhz or faster
• Memory: 128 MB RAM or greater
• Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher
• An established Internet connection
• Disabled any personal firewalls if connecting from a home PC

Installation and Support:

Upon registration, team captains will receive a detailed Welcome Letter, which will contain the team User IDs and Passwords and an outline on how to download and install the Thomson Reuters software. The Welcome Letter will also provide a technical support phone number for questions and/or assistance.
